Lalthangliana s/o Khumvela and Thangremkimi passed away on July 13, 2018. He was born on August 4, 1991, at Senvon, Manipur and settled in Aizawl in 2007. He passed his undergraduate studies in 2015 from J. Thankima College, Bawngkawn, Aizawl. He was survived by his wife Lalnunthari and a son Matthew Lalrinchhana. While working under
