Department of History, Govt. J. Thankima College has organized Departmental Level Seminar for the 6th Semester on 27th March, 2019 at Central Campus. On this seminar, Students were divided into 3 groups. Each group has appointed one student for presenting paper on behalf of their group. The topics of their presentation were from their syllabus.

NSS Unit Govt. J. Thankima College has organized a special camping during 11th – 15th February 2019 at Bawngkawn, Brigade Area. On this camping, Waiting Shed with an area of 12 feet x 8 feet was constructed. 20 Voluteers (Male 14, Female 6) and 2 programme officers were participated.
