Govt. J. Thankima College sent Seven volunteers, 4 males and 3 females to participate at the NSS Northeast Tura organized in Meghalaya on 20th-24th January 2020.

One of the students, i.e. Lalthlamuani made it to the finals and was awarded Consolation Prize in the Entrepreneurship Summit & Grand Finale on 17th Sept 2019 at Vanapa Hall.
