Department of History, Govt. J. Thankima College has organized Departmental Level Seminar for the 6th Semester on 27th March, 2019 at Central Campus. On this seminar, Students were divided into 3 groups. Each group has appointed one student for presenting paper on behalf of their group. The topics of their presentation were from their syllabus.

Following were the paper presenter and their topic:

Group 1 : Represented by Lalremliani, Roll No. 60 and presented a topic of ‘Decline of Manchu Power in China’

Group 2 : Represented by J.V. Lalawmpuii Pachuau, Roll No. 67 and presented a topic of ‘Nature and Origin of Canton System of Trade’

Group 3 : Represented by Lalnunchhana, Roll No. 65 and presented a topic of ‘Open Door Policy’.
