Vartian Management Tech Meet 2019 was a two days State Level event organized by the Department of Management, Govt. J Thankima College providing platforms for Entrepreneurs. It was for this reason that the college organised an entrepreneurs-students’ meet to create awareness, where successful entrepreneurs and management experts from the state share their success stories and interact with the students.

The two days meet was witnessed and grace by Honble’ Ministers Pu Lalchhandama Ralte (Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship) and Pu C. Lalrinsanga (Minister of Agriculture & Cooperation). Eminent guests from academic, food industry, fashion and beauty industry were invited to interact with the students.

The Meet was well supported by brands like VIVO, Magnessa, VIVA, Hafele, Sunrider and local sponsor like J.Thankima Estate, Zote Honda, Lawma Enfield, K Cosmetics etc. and local media partner Zonet.

To increase awareness on entrepreneurship among the youth.               

One remarkable achievement/activity by the students and faculties of this BBA course was holding a grand Management-Tech Meet, the first of its kind in Mizoram; even before the course complete a year.  Two days Management-Tech Meet named VARTIAN ‘19 was held on 21^st & 22^nd Feb 2019 at Central Campus of Govt.J.Thankima College, where students from Mizoram University, NIT, NIELIT, PUC, ICFAI, etc, came together with leading business houses in the state and other national and international companies. Ministers, MLAs, Secretaries and eminent persons from the state blessed this auspicious occasion. The event was greatly appreciated by the government officials, business houses and students from various institutes in Mizoram.
