Follow-Up of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Between MCC and GJTC
Title: Teacher Exchange Program Between Govt J Thankima College (GJTC) and Mizoram Christian College (MCC) and Joint Meeing

Place : GJTC and MCC
No of Students : 14 Students of MCC and 31 Students from GJTC, 1st Semester Students.
Objective: The primary goal of the teacher exchange program was to enhance academic collaboration and exchange expertise in key subject areas between the two institutions. This initiative aimed to provide both students and faculty with enriched learning experiences and foster professional development through mutual academic engagement.
Context: As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Department of Management, Govt J Thankima College (GJTC), and Mizoram Christian College (MCC), a teacher exchange program was conducted on 21st September 2023. The event featured:
- A lecture by Mr. J. Lalbiakdika from GJTC on the subject Fundamentals of Management.
- A lecture by Dr. Esther Malsawmkimi from MCC on the subject Entrepreneurship Development.
The exchange sessions were followed by a joint meeting of the faculty members from both institutions, held at GJTC in the afternoon.
Activities Undertaken:
- Morning Session:
- Lecture by Mr. J. Lalbiakdika: Delivered an insightful lecture on Fundamentals of Management to the students of MCC, emphasizing foundational principles and contemporary applications of management practices.
- Lecture by Dr. Esther Malsawmkimi: Delivered an engaging lecture on Entrepreneurship Development to the students of GJTC, highlighting key aspects of starting and managing businesses, along with innovative practices in entrepreneurship.
- Afternoon Session:
- Joint Faculty Meeting:
- A collaborative meeting was held between the faculty members of GJTC and MCC to discuss academic programs, future collaborations, and strategies to strengthen the partnership.
- Both parties shared feedback on the teacher exchange sessions and explored opportunities for joint research, seminars, and workshops.
