Objective:
The one-day seminar on life skills aimed to equip college students with essential abilities such as effective communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and stress management. It sought to prepare them for real-world challenges, enhance personal and professional growth, and foster self-confidence and resilience.

Outcome:
The seminar successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of life skills and their importance in everyday situations. Students reported improved confidence in handling stress, better communication abilities, and a clearer approach to decision-making.
