The Dept. of Education has successfully organized ‘Invited Lecture on Special Education’ on 13th Feb, 2019 at Central Campus. Mrs. Zairemtluangi, Associate Professor (M.A. M. Phil) was the chairperson and Mr. Lalbuatsaiha, (Visually Impaired) MA, M.Phil, JRF was the Resource Person.

Special Education is one of the core papers in Education 6th Semester. The resource person delivered his experience in pursuing the higher studied to the students and also demonstrate ‘Braille’ – an unique system of reading and writing used by visually impaired. The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks by the chairperson at 2:00 p.m.
