Eco-Club of GJTC and Department of History has organized a Webinar for the observation of World Ozone Day:2021 on 16th September, 2021.  The theme of the webinar was ‘Montreal Protocol : Keeping us, Our Food and Vaccines Cool”. The webinar was hosted be Mrs. Rebecca Khiangte, Green Teacher and the Resource Person was Dr. Alfred Malsawmsanga, Scientific Assistant, Mizoram Pollution Control Board, MINECO.  The Resource Per delivered the depletion of Ozone layer and its attributive effects on man and environment. He also stressed the importance of Montreal Protocol  that was signed by countries as an international agreement in 1987 and the need for maintaining the Montreal Protocol by various countries regarding the emmission of various chemicals and unwanted gases in the lower atmosphere.
