Mentoring Programme Committee (MPC) GJTC has organized Virtual Mentors’ Training on 14th Sept, 2021. The programme was hosted by Mrs. Rebecca Khiangte, Secretary Mentoring Programme Committee. Prof. Lalhmasai Chuaungo, College Mentor form Mizoram University was the Resource Person. The Resource Person highlighted the various activities to be done by the mentor and she also stressed the importance of building relationship between Mentor and Mentee for knowing the problems faced by the mentees. She also stressed that secrecy has to be maintained by mentor upon his or her mentees.
