The context:

Conducted Survey at College Adopted Village Nausel for the development of theVillage Administration of Nausel village- Political Science- 4th October, 2022 Department of Political Science Department of Political Science            2022-2023       Male- 4, female-2;Total-6

A survey team of the Department of Political Science comprising Mr. Lalthlamuana HoD, Dr. Lalrinngheta and Mr. Lalliankima conducted a survey on the “Administration of Nausel Village”.  In this survey, the team had gone to the adopted village and conducted a scheduled interview with Mr. Malsawmtluanga, a very reliable source, who played so many vital roles in the village administration from time to time. He played various pivotal roles in the village administration by holding different positions like- Chairman of the Sub-Village Committee (SVC), Secretary of the SVC, President of the Young Mizo Association (YMA), Secretary of the YMA and also other Office Bearer’s post. With all these credentials and experiences from these positions, Mr. Malsawmtluanga produced valuable and reliable information for the team in particular and for the college in general.

In this survey, two vital bodies in the administration of the village i.e. SVC and YMA have been focused upon. Administrative set up, organizational structures and roles of these two bodies have been studied in detail.
