Whereas the Students’ Union General Election 2018 is scheduled to be held on 3rd August, 2018 as per the College Academic Calendar and, whereas the SU’s Constitution Article VI (6) authorized the undersigned, it is hereby appointed the Election Officials as follows to conduct the Govt. J.Thankima College Students’ Union General Election 2018:

Returning Officer : Mr Lalngaihawma, Assistant Professor

Assistant Returning Officer : Ms Lalhmunsiami Khiangte, Associate Professor

Polling Officers:

1) Ms R.Lalbiaktluangi, Associate Professor

2) Ms Janet Sangkungi Pachuau, Assistant Professor

3) Ms Zairemtluangi, Associate Professor

4) Mr Lalmuanpuia, Associate Professor (out-going R.O.)

Further, it is also hereby notified that the election of Class Representatives for all the classes for the term of 2018-19 as per the provision under Art. VI (12) shall also be conducted within 14 (fourteen) days after the General Election of the Students’ Union. In this regard, the above appointed Election officials under the leadership of the Returning Officer shall also be held responsible to conduct the Class Representatives in all the classes as early as possible.
