Notification relating to GJTC Study Tour 2018-19

N O T I F I C A T I O N

 

No.D.11030/1/2016/JTC:   In pursuance of the minutes of meeting of the General Staff Meeting dated 31.10.2018, the undersigned is pleased to notify the Internal Govt. J.Thankima College Guidelines for Study Tour/Field Trip as per annexure enclosed herewith for favour of kind information to all the Head of Departments of this College.  Further, it is also hereby notified that the Study Tour fund which has been received by the College under NEDP amounting to Rs 2,50,000.00 (Rupees two lakh and fifty thousand only) shall be utilized within the next Even Semester, 2019.   Therefore, all the Head of Departments are hereby requested to prepare and submit the select list of not more than 20 (twenty) students from their respective Department each as per the provision under Article 5 (3), (4) & (5) of this Guidelines.  The select list must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 30th November, 2018 as per prescribed Proforma-1 provided under the Guidelines.
