The Department of English organized Online Faculty Exchange Program with the Department of English, Govt. T. Romana College on 30th April, 2021 at 3:30 pm.
The Faculty Exchange Program is initiated to enhance faculty development through knowledge, experience and strategy sharing for the mutual benefit of teachers, students and institution. The open channel communication through the Program was to facilitate understanding, and encourage both institutional faculties to broaden experience and knowledge, and to improve performance in teaching-learning process and environment, research and administration.
12 faculty members from both Colleges participated in the Faculty Exchange Program including the Respected Principal of GTRC, Dr. Jenifer Lalbiakdiki who graced the Program. Participants from GTRC include Dorothy Zonunsangi (HoD), Catherine Chhangte, Vanlalchami Ralte, Lalmawizuali Kiangte, and Lalnunsanga Zadeng. From GJTC, partcipants include Lalhmunsiami Khiangte, Maria Lalremruati (HoD), Lalrinsangi Ralte, Brenda Laldingliani Sailo, Ruth VL Rinpuii and Dr. Lalthansangi Ralte.
