On 14th August 2019, Department of History Govt. J. Thankima College has organised History Annual Meet -2019 at Bawngkawn Y.M.A. (Young Mizo Association) Conference Hall. Mr. Lalringliana, Deputy Mayor, Aizawl Municipal Corporation (A.M.C.) was the Chief Guest of the Meet. Dr. Malsawmliana, General Secretary – Mizoram History Association was the Resource Person on this Meet and presented a paper on the broad outline history of Lushais in Mizoram.
