Report of the Workshop: The programme was jointly organized by Women Committee and EOC on 20th July, 2020 at the College. The Program was chaired by Mr. B. Lalzarzova, Associate Professor, Department of Mizo, and the Resource Person was Miss Maria Lalremruati, Assistant Professor, Department of English.

Objective of the Programme:

  1. To enhance students’ personality and overall development through Life Skills.
  2. To teach the students about self- awareness, creative thinking, interpersonal relationship, effective communication, stress management and coping with emotions.
  3. To enable students to have a meaningful life and building relations through interpersonal skills.
  4. To enable students to make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and develop coping and self-management skills to lead a healthy and productive life.

Program Outcome: Participants were active and involved in discussions, questions and queries were addressed and the program seem to have a positive impact on the students. There is a lot of positive feedback which reflects the amount of benefit that the participants gained from the program that may be helpful in their daily life and to have adaptability in certain situation.
