The Seminar was organized by Govt J.Thankima College at the College central Campus. Prof C. Lalremruata Dept of Education was the Chairman of the program. Mr. Zoramthanga Dept of Political Science was the resource person. The program was attended by 20 Teachers. The program was ended by Ms Lalrinfeli Deopt of Economics with a vote of thanks.

Objectives: 1. The main objective of explanation in teaching is to enable the learners to take intelligent interest in the lesson. 2.To grasp the purpose of what is being done, and to develop their own insight and understanding of how to do it Body: Followings are the valuable information and tips offered by the Resource person. 1. Teacher – Centerer, 2. Student – centred / Constructivist Approach 3. Based Learning., 4. Inquiry – Based Learning 5. Cooperative Learning, 6. Personalized Education Outcome: 1. Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions, and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. 2. The program was a wonderful, practical course – both personally and professionally 3. The Seminar objectives were stated clearly and met.
