Objectives:
1. Turning prospects into advocates 2. Minimizing defections 3. Having a large proportion of loyal advocates 4. Having a profitable relationship of the type the customers would desire and with those who desire them. 5. Using cross selling opportunities without annoying customers.
Body:
Skill Development Training on Customer Relationship Management was organized for interested students between 6th – 31st April, 2021 in collaboration with Medhavi Foundation PMKK which was jointly organized with Department of Management and Department of Economics. For this training 60 students were enrolled for each batch and they were divided into 7 batches, so altogether 420 students were enrolled for this training. Trainings were given by the experts from Medhavi Foundation PMKK during the last two periods of working days i.e. 2:30 – 4:30 pm.
Outcome:
A basic understanding of CRM systems has helped recognize their potential for helping organizations use marketing information more effectively.
