On 17th September 2021, College award are finalized and declared as under
Commemoration of 75th Years of Indian Independence, NSS Units, Govt. J. Thankima College organized Webinar on States and India’s Past Glorious Independence on 16th September, 2021 via Zoom Meeting.
On 16th September, 2021, Prof. JV. Nunchunga has issued an order that various awards to students will be distributed for the promotion of competition among the students and recognition of students performance in University Examination.

On the 31stjuly 2021, Movers program cum students Exchange Program was organized by Entrepreneurship Centre , Government Johnson College and Government J.Thankima College. Department of Economics. The program was started at 8pm through Zoom platform. Welcome speech and introductory note was given by Ms Lalmalsawmi Renthlei Assistant Professor . Govt Johnson college. The program ended
