Observance Green Mizoram Day 2023

On 9th June 2023, Govt. J. Thankima College observed Green Mizoram Day 2023at the allotted Plantation site near Thiak Village whereby Mr. Lalthlamuana, Programme Officer NSS Unit GJTC and Four members of NSS Volunteers involved for weeding and planting saplings.

Observance of World Consumer Rights Day 2023:

Consumer Club Govt. J. Thankima College has organized World Consumer Rights Day on 15th March 2023 at Central Campus. Mr. Lalngaihawma, Associate Professor was the resource person and delivered speech on the topic of ‘Rights of the Consumer’. The Consumer Club of Govt. was established on 2021 and Department of Economics was the nodal department.

Cleanliness Work

For maintaining cleanliness campus, students of History 2nd Semester A, B, and C organized cleanliness programme / work on 13th April 2023. The items were clearing of side drain, white washing of classroom, watering of plants etc. The programme / work was supervised by teachers of History Department.
