Re-scheduled of the College Week, 2018
N O T I F I C A T I O N

Dated Aizawl, 25th Sept. 2018

No. A. 47011/2/2018/JTC:  The undersigned is pleased to notify that the Second Round Internal Examination of the on-going Odd Semester shall be conducted during 5th- 12th Oct., 2018 as scheduled in the Academic Calendar.  The examination Routine and the Duty Roster of Invigilators shall be chalked out and issued from the Secretary, Examination Committee forthwith.   Further, it is also hereby requested all the concerned faculties to follow up the following actions without fail:

  1. Question papers in each subject for the said internal examination must be submitted to Pu Vanlalruata, UDC i/c Academic on or before 1st October, 2018 without fail.

  2. All the question papers shall be prepared by following the regular pattern of MZU End Semester examination, as far as possible, as given below:  i)      1 (one) Descriptive question out of 2 (two) questions carrying 10 marks (10x1=10);    ii)      3 (three) Short Answer type questions carrying 2 mark each (3x2= 6);       iii)     4 (four) Very Short Answer type questions carrying 1 mark each (4x1 = 4);    iv)   Duration of the examination shall be 1 hour with the total full mark of 20 per   paper.



  1. The Moderation Sub-Committee shall be held responsible to ensure all the Departments follow the question pattern as given above.

  2. A report of First Attendance Counting (upto 30th Sept., 2018) shall be submitted by each Department to the Data Operator, namely, Mr. Lalromawia on or before 1st October, 2018 positively. The same report shall be published on 4th October, 2018 so that complaint from students could be entertained during 4th-5th October, 2018.

  3. Students’ marks on account of 1st & 2nd round internal examination and Home Assignment shall be finalized and submitted to Pu Vanlalruata, UDC by every Head of Department on or before 18th October, 2018 positively.
