Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) Meeting with Secretary, MHIP Bawngkawn at the College
4th October, 2021 @ 1:00 Pm : Internal Complaints Committee, GJTC had a meeting with Pi Llhmangaihi, Secretaty, MHIP, Bawngkawn to talk on organiznig a Joint Awareness Programme on Sexual Harassment and Women’s Rights: After a discussion, ICC, GJTC and Pi Lalhmangaihi in consultation the Principal and MHIP, Bawngkawn resolved to work together to create awareness on Sexual Harassment with its forms and nature, and to create awareness on Women’s Rights, to help and guide those who are still ignorant on these issues, particularly with the college students and women within the Brigade area. The meeting resolved to collaborately organize a joint Online Awareness Program on Sexual harassment of Women at Workplace within the month of October, 2021. Resource Person from outside will be called and speech will also be given from one Member of the MHIP, Bawngkawn. It was also resolved that Poster Campaign on Sexual Harassment of Women be organized during October, 2021.
Members Present in the Committee were Ms. Maria Lalremruati, Presiding Officer, ICC, Committee, Pi Lalhmangaihi, Secy, MHIP, Bawngkawn and Member, ICC, GJTC and Members of ICC and Women Committee Ms. Sangrozami, Ms. C. Vanlalruati and Ms. Lalthanchami Khiangte.
